We designed the place together with the architect. Followed the plan from start to finish. The job was estimated a cost of €77.500 and came in at around €79.000 and was a duration of 4 months and took 2 week extra. I was more that satisfied with this. I was a massive job. They gutted the place, put it back together, re-wired, re-plummed, plastered, tiled, fitted the kitchen, wooden floors and I was haned the keys 18 weeks later and I live in one apartment and rent the other. To this day there has been on small leak in the radiator which was fixed within 24 hours. To this day I am still amazed with the job they did on the apartments. I would never pass FixMyHouse for any job related to building.”
